Hydrophobic chalk collab with

Heyyy it’s Monday Hydrophobic phic chalk fix day. I wonder how long I can keep up with this. I’m pretty sure I won’t next week because I’ll be on my trip and I don’t believe I have another hydrophobic chalk crush scheduled while I’m away…Unless I crush some today before I leave? 😭💕

Anyways I’m so excited for our collab today with the lovely Uzma, aka ‪@itsprettyasmr‬ 💕. Im really fond of Uzma because she’s one of the first to have tried and mastered the art of hydrophobic chalk. I loved that she got inspired and found her own unique textures. On top of that she’s a professional graphic designer so you know for sure she brings a touch of prettiness to everything she does because she has an eye for making things look good. Name suits her perfectly. She’s been a part of this community since June last year and it’s my absolute honour to get to know her and collab with her. In other news, Mass was excellent yesterday. The first reading struck me the most because it was about God telling Abraham to leave everything and go where God led him. In blind faith. This spoke to me because during this Lenten season, which is going terribly by the way, I can’t help but wonder what God has in store for me and my life. I think the question of ‘what is our purpose’ is a question we keep asking all our lives. You would think at the ripe old age of 35 I would know the answer to that huh? Wrong. Still searching. I mean I do know the answer to the big lines - I know one of my purposes is to be married to my husband and serve him and journey together to be closer to God, I also know my purpose is to have kids one day (God willing) and raise them up in the way of the Lord and I know that I am to be kind and loving to all those around me, etc etc. Those are the big lines. But I’m lost on the day to day steps. My career choices, my hobby choices etc. Am I meant to be doing chalk asmr? Is it part of a bigger plan…? Ahhh so many questions. But you know what the Bible says - ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE. So this lent I’ll be asking a lot of questions about the person God wants me to be, in both the big lines and in the every day.

Finally, a very happy Independence Day to Ghana my motherland. May God continue to bless us as a people. May our leaders work hard and for the best interests for the citizens of the country 🇬🇭💕.
