Simple Cafec 01 Flower Dripper Coffee Recipe

208°F Water
13g of coffee to 200mL water (1 to 15ish ratio)
Fine Grind (22 clicks Comandante, 11 Baratza Encore)

@ 0 sec pour to 50mL
@ 15 sec give it a spin to wet all of the coffee grounds
@ 40 sec pour to 100mL
@ 1 min 10 sec pour to 200mL
@ 1 min 35 sec give it another spin to get that flat bed
@ 2 min 10 to 15 sec you're done :)
