『CAFEC's Flower Dripper』🌼🇯🇵 | Osmotic Flow ↩️ | Pour Over Coffee

📌 Hello everyone, today I am showing you a CAFEC dripper called "Flower Dripper", named after its floral pattern design. To use it, we will be of course using CAFEC's Osmotic Flow method. The dripper is hand-crafted and part of the "Arita Wear", crafted by porcelain experts with 400 years of traditional technique.

Osmotic flow method/technique revolves around letting water pass through the coffee's filtering layer and induce a convection flow continuously then pull out only the pleasant taste component from coffee powder by generating osmotic pressure.

The "Flower Dripper" is created/designed to help the coffee expand which allows the coffee to be better extracted during the brewing process (of course, the osmotic flow method is not limited to this dripper only). The cone-shaped structure allows better water circulation, and the bottom ribs allows the coffee powder to be directed more stably during the extraction process.

⏱️ STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE/RECIPE
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Prepare 20g of ground coffee
2. Boil water to 88°C
3. Pre-wash/pre-heat the dripper and filter
4. Place ground coffee into the dripper
5. Begin the osmotic process by blooming (approx. 40-50ml)
6. After the bloom deflates, begin drawing a small circle while pouring into the center of the coffee. Repeat this process until all the allocated amount of water is used (approx. 300ml)
7. And it's ready!
