In this video we are talking about the Art of practising a musical instrument effectively. I am going to pass on the advice that has been handed down to me by some of the greatest teachers, professors and musicians over my 30-year career as a concert guitarist, teacher and therapist. I will also make sense of the science behind practice and how that knowledge can have a dramatic impact on your method of improvement.
