Spotting Handstands with a Partner

This is a clip from my newly launched series on vimeo, an exercise library to complement my ebook "Balancing the Equation"

Each video features the exercise performed from multiple angles, as well as demonstrations of common mistakes you may encounter. Key points are described with a text overlay as well as voice-over, catering to those who prefer to read and/or listen to instructions.

In addition to being useful for students to have a reference to check their form against, this series can also be very helpful to those who teach or coach handstands. It will help them understand the form better as well as sharpen their eye to being able to catch different mistakes their students may be making.
