母亲节快到了,做了李子印尼千层蛋糕Indonesia Kek Lapis 给妈妈。现在终于知道为何这印尼千层蛋糕都卖很贵,哈哈。。采用了整整30颗蛋黄和去核李子干来制作,因此蛋糕很香很湿润。蛋糕面糊制作方式还算蛮直接的,不过整个烘烤过程需要约2小时半。考验耐心一层一层的烘烤,就是其特点之一。每层一定要按照自家烤箱调整在高温不超过7分钟内烤好,才能确保每层蛋糕顶部刚好焦黄金,但内部仍保持湿润。烤好隔天回油,表皮黄金光亮,切开来,超疗愈。内部丰富均匀的层次感,搭配满满隐藏的李子,各种香料,牛油和蛋香味,口感湿润扎实,酸甜刚好。尝试做哦~

收藏方式:收密封容器室温3-5天。要收更久,建议冰库冷冻,吃前解冻再吃/toaster 弄热3分钟再温吃也很好吃~

Mother's Day is coming soon, made Indonesia Kek Lapis Legit Prunes a.k.a Indonesian Thousand Layer Cake for my mother. Now I finally know why this Indonesia Kek Lapis is so expensive, haha. . 30 egg yolks and pitted prunes are used to make the cake, thus, very fragrant and moist. Cake batter making method is fairly straightforward, but the entire baking process takes about 2 and half hours. One of its signature characteristics is to test patience by baking layer by layer. Each layer must be adjusted according to own oven and baked not more than 7 minutes at high temperature to ensure that each layer has just the right caramelized golden top, but remains moist inside. After baked return oil next day, top is golden and shiny, when cut open, super therapeutic. Rich even layering interior, with loaded hidden prunes, various spices, butter and egg aromas, moist yet dense texture, just the right tangy sweetness. Try it too~

Storage Method: Store in airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days. For longer storage, recommended to freeze in freezer, thaw before eating/reheat with toaster for 3 minutes, eat warm also delicious~

第十二至第十五层 (预热烤箱195C: 5-7分钟) (上火/烧烤模式, 不开旋风, 中层烤)
第十六最后层 (预热烤箱195C: 10分钟) (上下火, 不开旋风, 中层烤)
