We're big fans of fruity sour beers. Using Lallemand's WildBrew Philly Sour yeast is the easiest way to start home brewing sour beer as Andrew shows in this video. Also, we found using frozen fruit to be a great way to add fruity tartness and vibrant colour to your brew.

RECIPE:
15L batch
Target ABV: 6% (ours came in just under 5% - we'll use rice hulls next time)
-Grain Bill:
Pilsner Malt 2kg
Torrefied Wheat 1kg
Malted Oats 0.75kg
-Mash:
Strike water 15L at 72°C
60 minutes at 65°C
Sparge 15L at 77°C
-Boil:
Pre-boil volume 20L
60 minutes
Magnum 5g @ 60 mins
Mosaic 15g @ 5 mins
-Fruit (after active fermentation):
Frozen Summer Fruits 4kg
-Yeast:
Lallemand WildBrew Philly Sour 11g
