Urad Dal - 1 1/2 tbsp
Gram Dal - 1 tbsp
Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Cashew Nuts - 10 to 15 No's
Chopped Onion - 2 tbsp
Crushed Garlic - 10 to 15 Cloves
Dry Red Chilli - 3 to 4 No's
Green Chilli - 2 No's
Turmeric Powder - A Pinch
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Salt - To Taste
Oil - For Cooking

Rice Pakoda
INGREDIENTS | தேவையான பொருட்கள்

Boiled Rice (Big Bowl) - 1 Cup
Onion - 2 No's
Garlic - 6 to 7 No's
Ginger - 1 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 2 to 3 No's
Besan Flour - 4 to 5 tbsp
Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
Cashew Nuts - 10 to 15 No's
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Salt - To Taste
Oil - For Fry
