Now some of the screw were a bit suspect as you'll see in the video. If it was a single layer of aluminum they were no problem. However, it there was a double layer of Aluminum I had to use real self-tapping screws no Problem.
Changed out the main hinge from plastic to steel with a concave base for added stability.
