The follow are strategies that will help you generate more off market listing opportunities.

1) Probate Listings - Help Estates by providing valuation updates, service providers and estate sale company contacts. The more you help probate listings the more listing opportunities to list probate homes for sale.

2) 6-24 Month Old Expired Listings - Expired listings are a great source for generating listings. The 6-12 month old listings have less competition, but most are still interested in selling.

3) Contact 9 Month Old Rental Property Owners - Most residential rentals are 12 month leases. Reaching out to the property owners 9 months into a lease is a great time when they me considering selling at the end of the lease.

4) Homes Being Renovated - Many people that are doing renovations are considering their options. Will it make more sense to list their home now that the price can be maximized? This is a great group to provide an updated valuation analysis that might lead to them selling.

5) Host Open Houses - This is a great way to find neighbors that are considering selling their home as well.

6) Lis Pendens - Pre Foreclosure properties are a great place where owners are considering their options. With the amount of equity most homeowners have now, this is a great group to contact and offer an updated CMA.

7) Divorce - Unfortunately in over half the divorce cases their will be a home sold within 6 months. This is a group of people that can often really use your hep.

8) Utilizing Multiple Offer Buyers as Bait - Your buyers that missed out on a home in a multiple offer opportunity is a great way to reach out to homes around the home they missed out on.
