03:05 Move out of the head and into the heart today.
03:56 Open up the outer shoulders and massage the forehead.
04:33 Inhale, and pull the heart through the gateway of the chest.
05:12 Lift the knees up and off the mat, press back into dolphin pose.
05:48 Look forward between your forearms and evenly press both elbows up.
06:30 Pretend to roll your armpits towards your heart as you spread your upper back.
07:13 Roll to stand with your navel hugging back towards your spine.
07:56 Inhale, circle your arms to the sky, hands to the heart on the sound of om.
