INGREDIENTS;-
250gm Whole Masoor Dal/साबूत मसूर दाल boil the dal with haldi and salt.
Take a pan put
2 tbsp clarified butter once the butter melts add
1tsp Cumin seed
1 Bayleaf
2 clove
1 Black Cardamom
1/2inch cinnamon once splutter add
2Green chilli chooped
1Inch Ginger chopped
1 big Tomato chopped finely
Add salt once the Tomato got cooked take
2 tbsp curd add
1tsp coriander powder
1/2tsp Cumin powder
1/4tsp Redchilli powder
1tsp kashmir red chilli
1/4tsp Asafoetida
1/2tsp Garam Masala
Mix all the ingredient with curd and pour in pan and saute till the aroma arises.
Now pour the boild dal in the fried masala. And give a good stir.
And serve with rice.

INGREDIENTS:-
ALOO GOBHI
250gm Cauliflower chopped
2 Potatoes peeled and cut into dice
Take a pan add 2tbsp oil and saute the gobhi aloo till 80% is cooked.
Take apan pour oil as per requirement add
1/4tsp Fenugreek seed
1Bayleaves
FOR GREEN MASALA
GRIND
1 Tomato chopped
3 Green chilli chopped
1/2inch Ginger
1tsp Cumin seed
1 Green Cardamom
7 black pepper
1/4inch Cinnamon
2tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
Now grind into fine paste pour this masala into the oil and add salt saute till oil owooses out add
1tsp coriander powder
1/4tsp Redchilli powder spicy
1/2tsp kashmir red chilli
1/4tsp Cumin powder
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
Saute till oil owooses out and agood aroma arises
Now add the fried aloo gobhi and badi mix well with fried masala.
Add hot water to bring proper consistency once it is cooked serve with roti.
