I finished fixing the oldest board in my collection

This antique, hand shaped Hap Jacobs surfboard is still available to purchase! I will update the description when it sells. In this video we finish the restoration we started and take this old girl out for a few friendly little waves! I was surprised at how easy it was to ride. This was my fist time surfing a board that has a "D" fin so I didn't know what to expect. I found that it was relatively stable and not that much harder to turn than a regular single fin. I will say- I was surfing pretty conservatively. The last thing I wanted to do was put a new ding in this beautiful old board!
