This polish Carpathian cake is presented for you.
So creamy and delicious. To bake and enjoy.

polish Carpathian cake Ingredients:
For the cake:
150 ml milk
50 ml water
85 g unsalted butter
¼ tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
120 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
3 large eggs

For the Cream filling:
2 eggs
130 g sugar
40 g corn starch
500 ml milk
1 tbsp (10 ml) vanilla extract
150 g unsalted butter
1 tbsp sugar powder

Bake at a 375° F (190°C) preheated oven for 15 -18 min
Cake pan size: 21 cm (8.2 inch)
