Airburst Launcher run...0 accidentals. Feels like that should be an achievement in itself. The proximity detection on this puppy was fixed so it's a little less suicidal to use at least, but I'm still not sure how I feel about it. It's good for clearing crowds of light armoured enemies, but a little lacking when it comes to mediums, with even the explosive-vulnerable bile spewers often surviving direct hits. I feel like a slight buff to the clusters' explosive damage or armour penetration would let it truly excel at crowd clear, and give it better payoff for its painfully slow stationary reload (still lacking the staged animations of the Recoiless Rifle / Spear) and the risk of using it up close.

As for the Tenderizer - it feels very similar to the standard Liberator, and I can barely tell the difference when it comes to bonus stagger. Its only real advantage seems to be its lowered recoil, making it better at scoring headshots in full auto / bursts - I feel like using it to score Bot headshots might be a little more useful than vs Bugs.

Build:

Not a fully worked out build to recommend here, as this was more of a test run for a couple of weapons I'm not the most familiar with, the Pulverizer and the Airburst Launcher.

When I know I can't rely on my support weapon for heavies, there's nothing quite like the triple threat of the 500kg, Orbital Precision Strike, and Eagle Airstrike, with Stun nades to make those Charger kills easier. With those taking care of Titans and Chargers, I can leave the crowds to the Airburst Launcher, with the Tenderizer handling any single threats. While technically the Airburst can take out Bug Holes, it's very unreliable, so I'm bringing the Grenade Pistol for that instead.
