TONE UP and burn calories in this full body workout that's low impact, with no jumping, & apartment friendly! No equipment required, but recommended.

WORKOUT DETAILS
To burn fat or lose weight add in some light dumbbell weights for best results; recommended 3lbs- 5lbs. Since it's low impact you can do it twice to burn more calories. If you’re a beginner or do not have access to dumbbells you can still do this without them; focus more on form and engaging your muscles during the exercises. Be sure to warm up properly before starting the workout and remember to stretch afterwards. :-)
