Pocket pita Recipe
Ingredients
100% whole wheat flour 4 cups
Water 1 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Yeast 2 tbsp
Sugar or honey 2 tbsp

Instructions
1. Add flour, salt, yeast and sugar in a bowl first. Then slowly add water and knead the dough.
2. Make small balls and roll it. Now let it rest on a baking sheet for 10 mins then cook it on a hot tawa.
3. Store the pita in the fridge for up to a week or freeze it for up to a month.
