Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi (1924-2014), founder of the Jewish Renewal movement, addresses the Dalai Lama's Roundtable Dialogue on "Balancing Educating the Mind with Educating the Heart," followed by excerpts of his dialogue with the Dalai Lama and other Nobel laureates, including Bishop Desmond Tutu, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, at the University of British Columbia at the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, on April 20th, 2004. In 2018, Eve Ilsen, the widow of Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, offered to collaborate with the Yesod Foundation in making Schachter-Shalomi's collection of video recordings available to the public on Youtube. Described by Netanel Miles-Yépez.
