用朴实无华的云南小野果，做花枝招展的巨型大汉堡【滇西小哥】

云南有三丫果的地方都比较炎热，人们喜爱酸辣，善于用一些酸的水果来调味烹饪，三丫果属于众多酸野果里最不起眼的那种，果核大，果肉少。但还是有很多像我这样的人对它情有独钟。版纳的三丫果最多，每种颜色摘一点，给爷爷泡了酒，熬成果酱做一个巨型汉堡，是真的美味而满足的幸福！
The Burmese grape is found in hot places in Yunnan. Local people like hot and sour food and are good at using sour fruits as ingredients in their cooking. The Burmese grape is the most inconspicuous among many wild sour fruits, with a large pip and less pulp. But there are still many people like me who have a soft spot for it. The Burmese grape is most abundant in Banna. I picked some of each color, and made liquor soaked with Burmese grape for grandpa. I also made a Burmese grape mayonnaise and drizzled it on a giant hamburger. It’s really delicious and made me happy!
