Monkfish Recipe (Poor Man's Lobster) with Francaise Sauce is one of my favorite dishes to eat. Francaise is typically served using chicken. Francaise is a lemon wine sauce. Very popular for weddings, banquets and in Italian restaurants.

⭕️INGREDIENTS

Monkfish (or chicken breast)
1/2 of a minced shallot 🧅
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup or so white wine
1 cup or so heavy cream
salt to taste for your flour dredge 🧂
lemon pepper seasoning to taste for your flour dredge
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
2 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
cooking oil of your choice
5 tbsp butter (1 tbsp fosauteingng & 4 for your sauce)
the juice of 1/2 a lemon
