Ingredients:

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp roasted rice powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1 Tbsp finely minced garlic
1/4 cup fish sauce
1 Tbsp Vodka 5-Spice Marinade    • Vodka 5-Spice Marinade (Ruou Thom)  
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 lbs ground pork

Yields: 8-skewers (4 oz each) or 50 meatballs (5/8 oz each)

900 g thịt heo xay

20-30 cm cây xiên bằng tre
