Unlocking Neck Pain: 3 Powerful Acupressure Points for Instant Relief

Описание к видео Unlocking Neck Pain: 3 Powerful Acupressure Points for Instant Relief

In this video, we will show you three acupressure points that can naturally relieve neck pain and stiffness. These points work by relaxing muscles, lubricating joints, and improving blood circulation.

To make the most of these points, it is essential to apply sustained pressure on each point for about 1 minute while practicing deep, slow breathing techniques. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, and exhale for 4 seconds. Repeat this process to help calm your mind and body while applying pressure on the points.

The first acupressure point is Gall Bladder 20 (GB20), located at the meeting point between the base of your skull and top of your neck. Using your thumbs, apply firm pressure upwards on this point for 1 minute while breathing deeply.

The second acupressure point is Gall Bladder 21 (GB21), which is found midway between the base of your neck and shoulder, generally at the highest point on the upper trapezius muscle. Apply pressure on this tender spot with both hands simultaneously for 1 minute while taking deep breaths.

The third acupressure point is Governing Vessel 16 (GV16), located at the base of your skull in the midline in the hollow as you come down from the skull. Use your middle finger to apply pressure on this point, tilting your head back to use the weight of your head for more pressure.

Hold these pressure points for 1 minute, repeating for 2-3 sets, and performing three times per day or more often if you feel your neck and shoulders stiffening up. If your hands get fatigued, shake them out, rest, and apply pressure again.
