I thought I had concluded the challenge a few days ago BUT all of a sudden there was a beautiful mountain of produce that needed to be preserved! It’s the last day of the #everybitcountschallenge and I’m squeezing as much as I can (pun intended) into this last day.
From a delicious and healthy pasta sauce to beautiful roasted peppers, green beans and hopefully a better corn process this time..I got it all done 😃
Spend the day in the kitchen with me as we preserve this beautiful harvest!
