HOW TO GIVE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE STEP BY STEP TO YOUR EMBROIDERY MACHINE 🧵CAMFive EMB

In today's video, we'll show you step by step how to give preventive maintenance to your Embroidery Machine to keep working like brand new ✨

Every machine needs some love every now and then, and the CAMFive EMB Embroidery machine is no exception.

After many hours of work, every machine tends to jam. Set the needles on their original position using the time disk and an Allen wrench. Turn the wrench until it reaches zero. When the needles are in position is time to start the maintenance.

For this task, you'll need a dry cloth and lubricant oil.
Step 1: Starting with the bobbin; which you have to remove from the rotary hook. Add a pair of drops of oil in the inner left zone of the rotary hook.
Step 2: Introduce the bobbin thread back to its place. Remember the safety click sound that confirms its rightful setting. In the control panel, select this button that will rotate the hook and helps you lubricate the machinery.
Step 3: Move the machine's heads to needle #1. In the backside of the heads, you'll find some small holes where you'll put drops each.
Step 4: You'll find a track on the side of the head, which helps it to move left to right and vice versa. Put 5 drops of oil. Introduce the bottle the most you can.
Step 5: You need to remove the metal plate that covers the middle zone. Use a screwdriver for this. Get this part oiled replicating the last steps, selecting needle #15 in the control panel to lube the tracks.
Step 6: Put some oil in the cracks and holes. Place the plate in its place and screw it back.
Step 7: You'll find a pair of holes on the plate, one on the front and the other in the back. Put 5 drops on each hole of each head. Repeat this on the other head.
Step 8: Clean with the dry cloth the extra oil. With this we've finished, your machine is ready for a new day of work.

It is important doing this once per week so the machine maintains amazing conditions.
