Most of us sometimes struggle with sleep issues, and if it's only now and then, we can adapt.

But if even just a few nights of poor sleep can make us feel fatigued, irritable, emotional, and unable to concentrate, then you can imagine the effects of a long term poor sleep pattern - to put it briefly, you on bad sleep is most decidedly not the same as you on good sleep (I'll delve into the full potential effects of long term sleep issues in the video).
