Thought I'd try something a bit darker for a change... even though it still has a happy ending. I think I'm physically incapable of doing anything other than a happy ending.

Story:
After saving her from a pack of wolves, Frollo becomes infatuated with Belle - when she rejects his advances, he kidnaps her and keeps her prisoner in Notre Dame (told in flashbacks). She begs him to let her go during one of his daily visits, and when she does, he gets irritated and leaves despite her protests. Belle takes the opportunity to escape. When she tries to leave the cathedral she is met by Quasimodo, who tells her of Esmeralda, the woman he loved and the last woman Frollo lusted after. She was killed for resisting the old Judge, and Quasi warns Belle not to run lest she be caught and killed herself. Afraid, Belle agrees. Unfortunately, Frollo is waiting for her, and yells at her for trying to leave. Belle is frightened but stands her ground. This time she reacts angrily when he tries to leave, wanting him to stay and answer for what he's done to her. He leaves anyway, happy that he seems to have broken her.
Quasimodo comes to visit Belle. They share a lovely little moment when he shows her his figurines. This comes back to bite Belle, however, as Frollo finds a figurine when he comes to visit her next. Recognizing it as Quasi's handiwork, Frollo becomes violent at the thought of another man being around Belle. He smacks her to the ground and overpowers her, angrily at first and then in an attempt to rape her. Quasi returns and stops him, but Frollo bests him and almost kills him. He is stopped by Belle pushing him off the cathedral. Belle rescues Quasi and the two reunite, and Frollo is condemned to Hell.
