These Core workouts are great to build thick abs and help build a strong Core for ALL fitness level both Men and Women. You will not only develop your 6 pack but improve on your heavy lifts (squats, deadlifts, military press, olympic lifting, gymnastics etc) lifts in the gym.
Another point is your Diet plays a HUGE factor when it comes to being able to see your abs visibly, so make sure that you put as much effort into what you eat as well as how you train.

Workout:
Aim for roughly 2-3sets 10-12 reps

1. Rower Pike Ups
2. Med Ball Slams
3. Elevated KB Plank 2-3sets, hold for 40-60sec
4. Pallof Press
5. Banded Leg Raises
6. Banded L-Sit (rep scheme mentioned in the video)
7. Hyper Superman
