How to Build Pier Foundations and Floor Framing - New Quick Build Garden Room Project - Part 1

In this series i’m documenting a second garden room build which I have taken on. The room is going to be 5.5m by 2.5m and will comprise of a garden office space as well as a shed.

This series will be shorter and in less parts as I am focusing on getting the room completed in as shorter time as possible. I will explain what i’m doing in each step, but if you’re looking for a more detailed walkthrough you should checkout the Drum Studio build.

In this video I set out the concrete block piers which will support the building. I then build the subfloor frame, add insulation and finish with OSB.
