Scorpion Pose (Pincha Mayurasana) for Arm Strength:

Steps:
1. Start in forearm plank.
2. Lift hips into forearm stand.
3. Extend legs upward.
4. Bend knees toward head.
5. Engage core to lift pelvis.
6. Gently arch back, bringing feet toward head.
7. Focus on breath and balance.
8. To release, lower legs and return to forearm plank.

Challenges for Beginners:
1. Build arm strength with forearm planks.
2. Use a wall for balance.
3. Enhance flexibility with spine and shoulder stretches.
4. Gradually overcome fear of inversion.
5. Avoid overarch in lower back by engaging core.
