God knows our hearts, thoughts, and deeds; therefore, we must be humble before Him. This implies that we are accountable to Him for our actions. Since He is in absolute control, the mighty and the weak are under His care. He does with them as He pleases. The hungry and the well-fed, the barren woman and the one who has many children all are under His keeping. He has power over death and life, for He is God. He raises some and puts others down. The rich and the poor are under His card. God controls the earth, and the world runs under His direction. He protects the godly, and the wicked perish at His command. He is so great that it is futile to fight against Him. His voice is like thunder, giving strength to the king He appoints. He does with them as He pleases.
God is in charge of the universe; nothing can stand against Him. He knows our troubles and gives us wisdom, strength, and protection. When we recognize His goodness, this wonderful God is on our side. Hannah praised God for His kindness to her (Bible Expositor and Illuminator Union Gospel Press, Summer Quarter 2024).
