My name is Lena ✌🏼, and ever since I can remember I have had a passion for movement in every sense!
As a child, I was involved in sports gymnastics, but my sports career took a break for 20 years. And only during Covid, when the condition of my body completely deteriorated and the gyms were closed, I realized that I could do something right at home on the floor. And so I started studying home workouts. I realized the capabilities and potential of my body in movement. So I started learning more about movement from different teachers and made my own practice and teaching my daily life.

I help people unlock their body's full potential and learn how to move better, including a variety of styles, such as calisthenics, breakdancing, acrobatics, gymnastics, strength and functional training. I want to share with my students how to gain strength, improve mobility, master skills, and discover what you can do with your body.
