Suikoden II - Test/Challenge Dungeon?

This appears to be a partially broken test dungeon or a challenge dungeon for closer to the end-game. In other parts of it, if you teleport past where it crashes at the end of this video, boss monsters like the Pest Rat show up. I'm fairly certain the crash was a broken script for loading a different boss fight, but I haven't investigated.

The second line's value can also be changed from 0011 to 0013 through 0017 to get to different parts of the dungeon. Lines 3 and 4 are the X and Y position you teleport to on the map. 0020 X 0020 works OK in many places, but you may have to experiment on different maps.
