200 grams thin wheat noodles
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil

½ cup light yellow chives

1 1/4 cup saved mushroom liquid
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon light soy sauce

⅛ teaspoon salt, more to taste
¼ teaspoon white pepper
