Rice preparation
4 cups of rice washed and seasoned
Add 2 tbsp green seasoning (garlic, green onions, thyme and pepper)
Add 2 tsp salt
Add 1 tsp black pepper
Add 1/2 tsp five spice powder
Add 1 tsp fried rice seasoning
Add 2 tbsp Chinese sauce
Add to a pressure cooker
Add 5 1/2 cups of water
Cook for 10 minutes
After cooking rice leave it to air out in a wide dish
In a pan with 1 tsp oil
Add 1/2 red onion finely chopped
Add 1 cup of frozen green peas
Add 1 tsp grated ginger
Add 1/2 tsp salt
Add 1/2 tsp black pepper
Add 1/2 five spice powder
Add 1/2 fried rice seasoning
Add 2 mari wirrie peppers finely chopped
Add 1 cup of sweet snap peas
Add 1/2 cup grated carrot
Add 1 tbsp Chinese sauce
Add 2 green onions finely chopped
Add 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Add 1/2 of the rice pressured
Mix well before serving

Shrimp fried rice
1 1/2 shrimp clean and deveined
Add 3/4 tsp salt
Add 1/2 tsp salt
Add 1/2 tsp five spice powder
Add 2 tbsp green seasoning
Add 1 tsp soy sauce mushroom flavour
In a pan with 1 tsp oil
Add shrimp and cook for 4-5 minutes
Take shrimp out of the pan
Add 1/2 red onion finely chopped
Add 1 1/4 yellow bell pepper
Add 1/4 red add orange bell pepper
Add 1/2 tsp salt
Add 1/2 tsp black pepper
Add 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder
Add 1 tsp grated ginger
Add 1 cup sweet snap peas
Add 2 mari wirrie peppers
Add 1/2 fried rice seasoning
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce mushroom sauce
Add 1/2 cup grated carrot
Add the other half of the rice
Add 2 green onions finely chopped
Add 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
Mix well before serving

Serve with cucumber, tomatoes and cabbage
