🌴Ingredients
1/2 Cabbage
1/ carrot
1/2 sweet peppers
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 stalk scallions
1 tbsp scotch bonnets Pepper
1 Tsp pimento seed/all spice
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1 1/2 tomato

📌Seasoning
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp All Purpose Season
1 Tsp paprika
1 jerk season

250g salt fish/cod fish
1 tbsp unsalted butter

📌Boil salt fish for 10 minutes
📌Steamed cabbage for 20 minutes on medium to low heat
