🌴Ingredients

1/2 all purpose season
1/2 black pepper
1/2 salt
1/2 cabbage
1/2 bell peppers
1 carrot
1/2 Tsp scotch bonnets pepper
1/2 onion
1 Tsp fresh thyme
3 cloves garlic
1 tomato
1 Tsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp warm water

Cook cabbage for 6 minutes
