ALMOND DRESSING

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup almond butter
2 tablespoons tamari (I used the low-sodium variety)
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons pure lemon juice
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 clove minced garlic
1 pinch cayenne pepper
3/4 teaspoons sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Into a medium-sized bowl, PUT the first 5 ingredients (i.e. almond butter, tamari, rice vinegar, lemon juice and maple syrup)
2. MIX these ingredients together until smooth. To get the almond mixed into the other liquid ingredients, use a spatula to break it up and then switch to a whisk and mix until mixture is smooth.
3. ADD the ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper and sesame seeds.
4. STIR well.
5. THAT'S IT...ENJOY!
6. STORE in a glass jar with tight fitting lid and PLACE into the refrigerator. This dressing will thicken a little more after it gets cold.
