Mini pizza Bites Recipe


ingredients

Pizza Dough Recipe
Yeast/Khameer 1 /2tbsp
Sugar 3-4tbsp
Salt 1tsp or to taste
Werm water 1-2cup as required

Description

Take a bowl now add flour to it add yeast egg sugar salt and warm water mix everything well knead the dough well apply oil on it cover it Three to Four hour leave the dough to rise.


chicken Tandoori

Ingredients

Chicken boneless cube 1/2kg
Yogurt/ Dahi 1/2cup
Chicken Tandoori masala 1tbsp
Garam msala powder 1tsp
Red chili flakes 1/2tsp
Salt 1/3tsp or to taste
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Yellow food color 1/4tsp
Oil 1/3cup

Description

Take a bowl now add chicken pieces add yogurt salt red chili flakes garam msala powder coriander powder food color mix everything well.
Take a pan now add oil to it and add Marinated chicken pieces mix it well cook the chicken until the color of the chicken changes cooked until the yogurt water dries up now give the chicken a coal smoke and keep it to one side.

Pizza Sauce

ingredients

Tomato Ketchup 1cup as required
Red chili flakes 1/2tsp
Oregano 1/3tsp
Salt 1/4tsp to taste

Description

Take a bowl now add tomato ketchup and red chili flakes oregano salt mix everything well

Onion cube as required

Black Olives as required
Mozzarella cheese as required
oil 1-2tbps

Description

Remove the cover of the dough and divide it into eight parts roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into round shapes with a cutter now poke holes in the top with a fork and spread the pizza sauce.
Place the chicken pieces black olives onion cube tomato cube put mozzarella cheese 🧀 top and place it grease a pan with oil and place the pizza on it and cook for 10mintes remove the cover add red chili flakes oregano cover & cook the pizza on low heat for five minutes .
Delicious mini pizza Bites is ready.
