Big shout out to Roast! West Coast and the Coffee People Podcast for their new coffee blend, the "Yeah, No... Yeah" blend they made in partnership with Relative Roasters. This is their homage to their Midwestern roots, along with things like corn and football and biscuits. Be sure to pick up a bag of this coffee at: https://relativecoffeeco.com/products...

This is my go-to AeroPress recipe when I am brewing medium bodied coffees because it draws out the sweetness from the chocolate-y and vanilla-y flavors.

Here's the recipe for this brew:
20g coffee in, 320g water out (1:16 coffee to water ratio)
Grind at a medium-coarse grind size
Wet a paper filter inside the Prismo attachment on top of the mesh filter
Attach the Prismo attachment to the shaft of the AeroPress
Pour 40g of water for the bloom
At 1:00, pour until 120g of water
At 2:00, pour until AeroPress is full (around 290g of water)
At 3:30, plunge the AeroPress over a cup or pitcher
Bypass the remaining amount of water until you reach 320 total grams of water
Last but not least, ENJOY!

Let me know what you think in the comments!
