I make these delicious 2- INGREDIENT COCONUT TRUFFLES  every Eid and trust me they don’t take more than 15 minutes to get done! Make them once and I’m sure you won’t purchase any sweets from the Market, EVER!!!  THESE WILL ALSO MAKE AN EXCELLENT GIFTING OPTION!

INGREDIENTS
Condensed milk: 400 gms
Desiccated coconut: 250 gms (extra for coating)
Raisins/nuts for filling (optional)

METHOD

1. Add condensed milk and coconut into a pan and cook on low flame until the mixture thickens and leaves the side of the pan (basically forms a huge lump).
2. Let it cool down a little (it should still be warm). Shape it into balls. You can stuff the balls with raisins or nuts if desired.
3. Roll and cover the balls with desiccated coconut. Let them cool down completely. Serve.

Serving Suggestions:
These coconut truffles keep well for 5-7 days. Store extra pieces in the refrigerator and remove them 15-20 minutes before serving for the best texture.
