What's up everyone, this is a collection of the throwing and training I've done over the course of the last couple weeks. I have adjusted my training this offseason in hope that I can move better as an overall athlete. Problem solving and making adjustments is part of the game and I'm excited to do that during my next few bullpens. The journey to 90 mph continues!
