Changing the Sponge Bar on a Brother KX 350 Knitting Machine

Changing the sponge bar on a used Brother KX 350 knitting machine is easy if you have patience and a few tools to make the job easier. Because the sponge bar needs to be threaded under plastic barriers, it can be difficult but it doesn't need to be.


In this video, I show you how to use a regular sponge strip with ribbon on one side, though if you have one that has ribbon on both sides the process is the same.
