Join me on my most ambitious adventure yet: crossing half the Balkans traveling from Istanbul, Turkey, through Bulgaria and Serbia, and finally to Sarajevo, Bosnia, all for one thing: the kajmak of Željo Ćevabdžinica. This journey crosses vast mountain landscapes, farming villages and much much more. We meet some great people and interesting characters along the way, and most importantly, enjoy the sweet taste of ćevapi with kajmak in the end.
