Super nasty one here. Only was able to keep the sit-ups strict for the first 4 rounds and then I knew I’d need to incorporate the arms to finish them up. Was super happy with the row pace. I was able to hit and maintain about 1:55 pace on every row. I could tell on the last 3 rows I had an outside chance at finishing before minute 27 and another round of sit-ups. I was pushing pretty hard and unfortunately fell just short. Got off the rower with about 100 m left on the entire row. Give this one a go!
