Speaking in Tongues: Understanding What Paul Said In 1 Corinthians 14

Today, many are confused about speaking in other tongues and whether they are for everyone who believes in Jesus. My previous video discussed the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the sign being that of speaking in other tongues. In this video we will learn that Paul the apostle discusses that there are different types of tongues. There are diverse kinds of tongues as a gift of the Spirit that believers are given to operate in that edify the Church body as a whole as long as someone is present who can operate in the gift of interpreting tongues. But then there are tongues that all believers can speak or pray in that edify self and are not meant to be interpreted because they are words between you and God that only God understands. Understanding that there are different types of tongues will help with some of the confusion regarding this important topic.
