Clinical Features:
A middle-aged female patient came with upper abdominal pain.

Ultrasound Features:
​​Pancreas is irregular in shape with thin & echogenic parenchyma with tiny parenchymal echogenic foci of calcifications.

Remember:
Try to explore the pancreatic duct carefully in chronic pancreatitis to exclude calculus.
