Convict Conditioning is a bodyweight workout program which consists of 6 different exercises which can be reached by mastering of 10 variation steps, each of the step has 3 difficulty levels (beginner – intermediate – progression). Goal is to reach the “Master Step” (the most difficult variation of the exercise) of each exercise.
The 6 exercises are one hand pull up, one hand push up, hanging leg raise, from stand into bridge and to stand, one hand handstand press, one leg squat.
