The unique event that recreates gladiator fights, Spectacvla Antiqva, is taking place in Pula Arena every year, from June to September.

Danube Trail on the 'Roman Emperors and Danube Wine Route' is a cultural & wine tourism journey along the amazing destinations in Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania and Slovenia, offering a unique experience of exploring vivid Roman heritage surrounded with beautiful landscapes.

The Roman Emperors and Danube Wine Route, with its Danube and Adriatic Trails, extends through ten European countries and it is a network of sub-destinations, created around individual archaeological sites, locations, places and buildings, which are monuments to the leadership of the Roman emperors in Late Antiquity. The Route was certified as a European Cultural Route by the European Institute for Cultural Routes (EICR).
