This is the perfect workout to help you on your weight loss journey. We are using low impact (no jumping) strength training moves to tone your ENTIRE BODY while BURNING CALORIES. These full body exercises will target your arms, abs, waist, thighs and legs with minimal equipment. All you need is a chair and weights. Each song has a purpose and we are moving to the beat to drive up the intensity and make the time fly by. Grab your equipment and Lets do it!
