Who’s ready for a 30 minute FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout! ⭐️
In today's workout I will be explaining each exercise in the 30 sec rest time, we are going to work for 45 seconds on each exercise and 30 seconds REST, 24 different exercises;

1. Squat with Kettlebell
2. Squat Press
3. Kettlebell Deadlift
4. Wide Stance squat
5. Kettlebell swing
6. Lateral Lunge
7. Lunge Backward
8. Swap Sides
9. Split Stance Romanian Deadlift
10. Swap Sides
11. Clean and Squat
12. Swap sides
13. Romanian Deadlift for 4 counts
14. Romanian Deadlift for 2 counts
15. Squat Side Shift
16. Squat - Extend - Squat
17. Kettlebell Halo
18. Figure 8
19. Butterfly Thrusts
20. Glute Bridges
21. Glute Bridge Pulses
22. Russian Twists
23. Overhead Crunch
24. Assisted V-Sit Leg Extension

If you are a beginner, try performing each exercise in front of a mirror to practice correct form. If you are new to weight workouts please choose a light weight until you are confident your technique is right. Correct technique is very important for your health and safety.
